Seriously though, if thats considered kidnapping then every robbery in the country would also be kidnapping. No doubt a lot of this came from wanting to avenge his acquital.

you can't do that shit in a hotel in Vegas and expect to walk. Vegas' #1 source of revenue is tourism and they will put you away if you fuck with that balance. I can almost guarantee you that the hotel in which this took place, is REALLY pushing this case. No one values anything more closely than Vegas does it's tourists :2 cents:
