It doesn't matter how may hours.. 10, 20.. 50.. who cares..

If she's the woman of your life, it DOESN'T matter how many hours you spend on a plane, on a car or a train..

You can always die tomorrow, dude.

If she's smoking hot, but she has NO BRAIN, it will be so boring to be with her..

I don't get it how some guys think. some people here sound like retarded apes.

thank you for the nice post. I've been reading along-some mention desperate, but I won't take it personal. If he was that kind of guy, I don't think I would have connected with him in the first place--because I have a brain ;) And his looks combined with his charm, intelligence and wit-I highly doubt he is ever desperate for company. :)

thanks again.I thought this thread was so yesterday but because Chris bumped, here I am again. LOL

Sure I'd fly 15 hours.... It all about the experience... If the chick is totally cool and were grooving online or on the phone. In person for one or 2 days would be cool.

I hooked up with this girl from England and she made it to S.F. So from O.C I drove there and drove back = lotta driving. I didnt get laid or even a blowjob not even a full on make out session :(. But the day in S.F cruzing around and partying was really fun. :thumbsup

I thing the longest for me was an hour and 15 min to see someone

mvee 10-10-2008 03:08 PM

that s a long flight home of regret if things go badly

SarahLLO 10-10-2008 06:15 PM

I've had it done for me a few times - I think the most extreme was a guy who I was "just friends" with drove across four states just to hang out for half a day.

I don't know if I'd do it for anyone that I wasn't already in a well established relationship with, though, and I've always been surprised when a guy did so for me.

elaborate on this "just friends" concept you had with him, it seems odd that he would drive for two days to hang out with a friend for half a day, was there some kind of event involved?

Soooo Lori, I'm confused, did it go amazingly for you? Or not so great? I hope it went great!

agentspits 10-10-2008 11:01 PM

I think a lot of it also has to do with if you have the money to spend on something like that

so my answer would have to be noooooo thanks

Mr. Cool Ice 10-10-2008 11:11 PM

No, but I will fly 24 hours to fuck 50+ third world hookers.

bausch 10-10-2008 11:13 PM

I don't think it's romantic, I actually think it's desperate and a huge red flag, especially if the man just met the woman. It reeks of weirdness and desperation. I would stay the hell away from this guy.,

Drake 10-10-2008 11:25 PM

Sure, but I'd turn that 2 days into a week or two whether she liked it or not. Or just take up residence with her completely.

That is pretty interesting. In a prior life I had a lot of involvement in convincing insurance companies to accept traditional Asian medicinal treatments as an accepted form of treatment. Acupuncture, teas and acupressure as treatments for physical injuries were not really accepted here.

That being said, while my eyes had been opened to a lot of different Asian treatments, that is one I never heard of. I wonder how I would have dealt with it if that came across my desk. :1orglaugh

my insurance pays for acupressure, Acupuncture and chiropractor. Cupping was done by my Acupuncture lady.

You know some of us consider 15 hours as a perfect distance to keep a jewish wife at. Not too close, and not too far lol
Plus the shiksa is only an hour away..

What benefits did you see from that therapy and how many days do those marks last?

lasts for about as long as a hickey or a light bruise, there is no pain associated with the marks and they go away in 3-5days. I dont know what other real uses it has other than relieving bronchitis, and helping to clear up the mucus in your lungs. I can tell you first hand that it does seem to work for lung infections like bronchitis.

Well, the first time it was when I was visiting another state, and he happened to go to a college that was a few states away from where I was going to be. He asked if I'd mind if he drove out to hang out during my free time and I said why not? We really were nothing more than friends, and we've never become anything more though we still keep in touch. This was probably the only instance that didn't leave me feeling weirded out/stalked.

Second time was an ex, it was one of those situations where I think he was trying to get me to swoon over the romanticism of him driving cross-country to surprise me in an effort to get me back (why, I have no idea, we had nothing in common), but considering I was really done with him I wasn't so amused.

Third time it was a guy who I was friends with and he left to go to a school on the East Coast; I assume his thought process was something like the ex's where I think he thought that if he drove out and surprised me, he'd get points and I'd suddenly want to date him. Unfortunately for him, since I had no idea that he was even coming (I didn't even really think we were that close, tbh) I didn't even have time for him - I was scheduled pretty much nonstop at my job that weekend. He ended up throwing a fit on my doorstep and my poor roommate had to deal with him =(

I had one other guy offer to drive from Boston to Ohio once to "comfort" me after a recent breakup he'd found out about, but he at least had the brains to ask and I said no.

Reading that, I come off kind of cold hearted, don't I? Oh well...

Anyways my longest in my adult years was an hour and change and when I got there she turned out to be a fatty, after all the effort I fucked her anyways and left all pissed off.

Did she make you food first? An hour and change includes a hefty gas fee.

i think it also sucks the toxins off your body.

when i was a kid, my mom used the traditional way with candle and cups.
but now it's a lot easier and faster.

i use it when im feeling like ima catch a cold or something

it's good stuff! no pain,... but it does make your pores itchy or something

no, that doesn't sound cold hearted, that is what guys want, honest and to the point right off the start... it's actually the "mixed messages" things that some women do that are cold hearted (even if they don't realize it)
