Music for me 100%

Its usually silent or I have the tv on as background sound. But I can usually tune anything out when I am concentrating on something.

I have to blast music while I work, when I design I really zone out and usually don't come back up for air until my "vision" is finished...or to take a hit from my Bong :D

talk radio always - it used to be Howard Stern from 6-11 AM until he went to satellite - now I listen to local sports radio then Colin Cowherd and Jim Rome. It's background noise, occassionally something they're saying catches my attention and I listen.
