Watch Zoo. It's a surprisingly beautiful docudrama about the Enumclaw horsefuckers (Mr. Hands and the Seattle guy who died). The movie would be pretty hard to follow, though, for anyone not familiar with that case. They all seem to convince themselves and rationalize what they're doing by making it seem like some amazing connection they're making with the animals.
