The difference is, the precheck for the airline is stuck in the middle of a bunch of shit and hard to see. The precheck on the ones "hidden" (according to screen resolution, user font and size, widescreen monitor or not, etc. ) is usually there surrounded by nothing but background of the page.

Ya the big red bold letter "Optional Travel Insurance" is really hard to see. And the difference actually is that the pre-checks are above the credit card information, have the price CLEARLY listed in bold red with a lot of space around it so it's very hard to miss, and it's not in some smaller font, hidden below the submit button.
