The first one which I see you're using below your name now and with the url all on one line.

My only suggestion would be to loose the drop shadow on the url. It's making it a bit hard to read.

on the grey background, definitely the top one. But all three could work, depending on the BG color/ And good call on reducing the font to fit one row for the URL
