Finally, I salute that. But why leave sensualwriter blogs which is pretty much same thing from the same owner? I mean everybody will just switch from thumblogger to sensualwriter and do the same thing......

Ban new ones... I have received in the past 3 months no less than 1000 requests and as many as 80 per day from these idiots and their sites are shit with RSS feeds half the time. Link farms up the ass and often want to put my link in the footer... Not even in the sidebar!

Not to mention they want a PR3 link into their crap for a trademark while giving me back a PR0 link from a subdomain...

I get requests FROM my-good-domain.com TO their-good-domain.com all the time but when I look for a recip it's only thumblogger URLs. Not having to wade through their 100s of thumblogger URLs looking for a good one would certainly save time and sanity.

All my stalled trades on Thunder Ball are with thumblogger... usually a crappy site. hardly seems worth it...

Okay one I am a thunder-ball user and a thumblogger user and yes I agree you have a huge argument here, But i for one have never bashed thunderball and MR.Bond I have chatted with you on nurmerous occasions about the two of them and you even set me up away so my thumblogger blogs does not get mixed up with my other blogs! I hope you remember what I am talking and the chats we have had!

I am a big fan of thunder-ball and have been a huge supporter for them over at thumblogger and I too and tired of the stuff that has been going on but I can not be blamed for the shit of another person! I hate the fact that thunder-ball gets banned for no apperent reason what so ever but I for one am getting the blunt end of the deal!

I have stopped using thunder-ball unwillingly because of the issue between the two and I go in every so offten just to see trades deleted and I never once took a link off! I know I am no body compared to the people on this forum but i do work my ass off trying to make something with my life!

Sorry for my ranting but i dont like beng accused of bashing thunder-ball when I have been there biggest supporter and please correct me if I am wrong on that but I doubt you can!

Oh and all my blogs are written by hand and are not splogs!

It is unfortunate MOST of the people abuse thumblogger. A lot of people with 2 post blogs that consistently bother you over and over for link trades. You give them 1 trade because they have a decent blog in your niche, then you are bombarded with 100 trade requests from 0 production blogs trying to get links on your pr2/pr3 blogs.

I have never bombed someone with trades, when I try to go looking for trades I make sure I only do 1 to 3 trades per person and that i think is being very curtious! I try not to step on toes there because I realize it is a great tool and have respected the place since the get go!

At this point I could really care less how this goes because I am so fed up with trying to keep my trades going! I know that xlogz to is a big friggen headache because it takes an hour just to try to write a damn post on it and well I have given up on that host, but I have a new account on thunderball that will not be tarnished with freehost sites no more and I hope to make some good trades with others! But being that this is such a wide range focus on thunderball it is hard to come accross as a legit webmaster and I am sorry for ever using free host in the first place and wish I was smart enough to do it all on my own!

I still dont think its right that we all are getting a bad name because of this and people saying we all bash thunder-ball because I never have!

it takes 2 seconds to check the domain that wants to trade with you, and sometimes there are very nice blogs running on thumblogger with good traffic and PR.

dude what about ip popularity and domain popularity. these freehosts are pain in the ass when it comes to this...

Ban Them

Yeah I see no point is trading with thumb-blogger accounts. You should have your own URL and build your own site from the ground up. The hard work pays off in the long run.

i'm not coming to GFY offten but since im here i read and voted... maybe it would be good to add option in each profile to block certain domains (and all sub-domains under domain name)... that way everyone could block what and who they want and no one would be forced to do anything... on the other hand, if it's not an option i say ban them all and that's what i voted for :) as i read in link lists submittion rules many many times - "Get domain name and paid hosting or get another hobby", simple as that :)

I started a couple of months ago not to accept every and each thumblogger request. Banning them seems to be a good idea. Those links are most worthless and only used for linking back from a worthless thumblogger shit site. Ban those thumblogger and all the other fucking free hosts :mad:

You mean piss off a lot of people with wanky thumblogger splogs. Twan not allowing thunderball to spider the domain in itself is a reason to ban, let alone all the spammy/shitty requests.
