not yet, Im sure they are working on it though

Past few days, Ive noticed a lot of members cancel their recurring membership as soon as they have signed up. Does anyone know if zombaio sends them an email which reminds them to cancel or so? Never happened before, would be pretty bad as recurring relies on people who dont check statements

We send them an confirmation email with their logon details, customer support contact details and information about how to cancel when they signup to a site. I don't think this is a different way to do it than any other serious IPSP. We would rather see a member cancel a subscription and the merchant keeps the money earned by previous transactions then a member that cannot find cancellation links and goes to the bank for a chargeback. Fast cancellations (direct after signup) often depends on the amount of content on the site. If there are just a few clips/pages, the cardholder don't care to stay as recurring member since obviosly the content are not updated very often and if it is updated often it's few updates per billing cycle. However, site with much content; the cardholder "forgets" about the signup after browsing around all clips and even if he does remember the signup the large amount of content indicates much updates and high possibility for new material during the billing cycle and worth to stay. |

It is an common practice in general. |
Do you accept content stores in the shopping cart format?

can you tell us a number of programs running Zombaio?
and mail me a list if you can at daizzzySIGNBUCKSDAILYcom or post it here, pls |
Hi Thomas,
you posted dec last year that the new upgraded affiliate pogram was in the works. From what I can see the affiliate program is the major deal breaker, being too simple re affiliate reporting, etc. No point in signing up if affiliates won't use Zombaio. Any news re the upgraded version? Timeframe? Thanks. |

I suggest opening a ticket and asking them directly what the status is instead of running here throwing out false claims. But that's just my opinion |
well i'm gonna try them out and see what happens

No problems with Zombaio, at all!
I'll say this - we integrated Zombaio alongside CCBill and EPOCH, as one of our major processors. Not only do we get a lot of transactions via Zombaio, they have never missed a payment. Though new to the industry (over a year now), Zombaio's service model seems to be 'we're aiming to the best and we're definitely working hard to give our competitors a run for their money.' A mentality held by our company as well. One thing I do have to say - Zombaio's interface, once you're processing with them, is simply the most current that you will find anywhere. Easy to read, modern, and many great tools to work with (including 1-click billing after a certain amount of time processing with them). For note, we bank with a major European bank and we receive our daily payouts the exact date that they are due.
For now, I give them a thumbs-up. And, instead of bombarding one person on a board with obvious questions, simply go check out their website and read everything there. It is thorough and it will give you more than enough information to make a good decision. PS: We didn't use it but there is also Zombaio Capital, which is a venture capital division of their company. From what I hear, it is giving a few up-and-comers the opportunity to extend their global reach by providing funding to these sites, which otherwise would not be available. Good job, Zombaio. Just don't 'drop the ball' or ever play games with our money and you're certain to become a major player. :thumbsup |
I tried emailing you Tom but it bounced back to me! Could you please confirm your email? I have been trying to contact someone over there since you first came on the scene!
|
4,9%? wow, this is just too good to be true!
|
Anymore feedback on them would be great.
Thanks, Mark |
Zombaio rocks! From signup to activation in like an hour. Two thumbs up!
|
Ok, I'm about ready to give them a shot. I have been burned so many times by processors at this point it's hard to give anyone a try... I get ready to, then stop.

Zombaio kicks ass. Their affiliate script is kinda bunk but they do pay.
|
I contact Zambaio but never got a response from them. :(
Can you guys please contact me at mark(at)blumedia.com. Mark |
Good luck with them Mark. They rock!
|
Using them since April.
Paying in time. No any probems with them. Only one wish, to improve their affiliate script. |
If there are issues and you contact Zombaio for help, do they respond?
|
looks good

If they can improve their affiliate tracking and integrate payments into it (if not already in) like ccbill, then ccbill has a SERIOUS challenger especially because of the very competitive rates.
|
Zombaio is the only biller I have been able to setup in NATS without getting TMM support involved.
They are really easy to use, and with NATS you don't have to worry about whether you like their affiliate system or not. |
Thomas So if I'm a merchant outside the EU and US can I sign up. FYI I live in Singapore and Malaysia so is your service available for that country?
