Has any recognizeable program signed up with them since this thread?

justsexxx 01-06-2009 02:25 PM

Anyone with recent experiences in the actual processing?

Zombaio_Tomas 01-13-2009 09:20 AM

Finally back in business after some good skiing in northern sweden.

jestsexxx: Yes there is a few large recognizeable programs that has starting to use our service as primary biller in the cascade. I'll try to get them to write a few words here.

Welcome back :)

Question: Do you block any countries from processing? Do you have localization in your processing pages? Specifically interested in Latin America countries and Spanish language :)

Thanks !

Well... when it comes to blocking countries we are not so digital as accept or block. We have a list of high risk countries. A cardholder (IP or CARD) that comes from a high risk country will only be blocked if we can not authenticate the cardholder with 3d secure.

Read more about 3d secure here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3D_secure

If the card is not enrolled and the transaction is initiated from a high risk country, we will block it (until the card is enrolled).

High Risk Countries:
Argentina
Azerbaijan
Bangladesh
Bulgaria
Bahrain
Bolivia
Belarus
Belize
Chile
Cameroon
Colombia
Costa Rica
Cuba
Dominican Republic
Ecuador
Estonia
Egypt
Ethiopia
Ghana

That list of "high risk" countries is crazy. I know many of them, very developed countries, let say:

Argentina
Chile
Croatia
Hungary
Israel
Poland
Thailand

Do you know what make riscky those countries?

Yes, we know. There are many legitimate transactions from those countries as well. Please note that it is a high risk list, not a block list. We are not blocking all transactions from those countries.

Yes, the list is "alive" and built up monthly based on international reported fraud levels. Some of the countries will sooner or later be removed from the list for sure, one of them is Poland

AnniKN 01-13-2009 12:08 PM

Thanks Tomas :)

livepimpin 01-16-2009 02:08 AM

I confirm. Zombaio kicks asses. I process with them and all my customers are pleased. There have been some tech glitches but they've been solved in a very timely and professional manner by the folks at Zombaio.
And 4.9% is very real, as well as the "No holdback reserve". They only keep 4.9% from all sales. They also pay right on time with no delays at all.
I recommend Zombaio.

Regards

What kind of payout options do they have? Wire only? Check or epass available?

"Very developed" != low risk.

Wire and check for the time being.
They are also in a CFT pilot project with card networks in order to send payouts directly on cards. Also working out with Payoneer (i just seen it today) to pay by Payoneer.
I would personally love to see ePassporte among the options but unfortunately ePassporte doesnt support B2B inter-accounts transfers since ePass business account can only be loaded by wire.

Yes, that is already implemented. An affiliate can join all Zombaio Merchants (public) programs with just one click. Affiliates will have same payment methods as merchants.

and where on your site is the signup form to be registered as an affiliate so i can promote merchants who process with Zombaio? i looked all over the place and can't find it, unless i'm blind. i only see a signup page for merchants.

You have to signup through an affiliate program.

Like this one:
http://www.studio-taboo.com/signup.html

Please also note that our internal affiliate system is new, has only about 50 programs yet. It's a good choise for small merchants, but as they grow and become more demanding, we recommend them to use MPA3 or NATS.

I guess nothing :(

Our site was not accepted by you :(

Funny is that our partner applied with a site thats not even online yet but with same IP and was accepted right away, and we 2 years online and not :(

Oh well i guess it must have some kind of logic somewhere :(

I'm sorry to hear this but there are a couple of factors we have to consider for each new site we add to the system. First the internal merchant due diligence (operating country, server location etc), then the external compliance scan (scan for illegal and non-compliant content such as bestiality, bodily waste etc.), then the Visa and MasterCard approval. And at last the overall risk scoring for similar sites.

Normally all sites that currently process with another (trusted) IPSP such as ccbill, epoch etc normally fulfills the entire requirement for the above process and there should not be any stop when they sign up with us. But for new sites or sites with previous own merchant accounts or un-trusted IPSP?s we recommend to use our site check tool *BEFORE* signing up.

Actually, it never was. There were a few people that pushed that to our CS very hard right after the suggestion came up. However all of them signed up and the demand seemed to dissapear.

We have had steady signups the whole year, and things are rolling pretty smooth right now. But if there still is a wish for such a statement, let me know.

(The statement was to ensure our processing is by the book, if it should not have been, we had never been around this long time)

Btw, see how much you should save:

Why is that, the switch is often just a few clicks and for that you have not only 1/3 cost, but also daily payouts, fraud insurance etc. Compare our 4.9% processing and 0% reserve to competitors 15% processing + 5% rolling reserve is 15% extra in your pocket....

... with hope to change your mind Dirty F ;)

justsexxx 04-28-2009 01:24 PM

How do the daily payouts work? Btw i'm from Holland.

Rice_Master 04-28-2009 01:51 PM

awesome product... man i'm paying out of my ass with ccbill, 15.5% :(

kowalsky 04-28-2009 02:30 PM

I have been trying Zombaio in one of my sites, 3 or 4 weeks now. It works perfectly for me, no differences with CCBILL or EPOCH.

That big difference in commisions is a save of money for us and more money for the affiliate, thatīs what NATS email report to affiliates and they notice that. Thatīs important too.

However I have not been able to switch to Zombaio to all may sites. I am still thinking if I trust all my transactions to a company that is still new for me.

Thatīs my experience with Zombaio until now.

Iīll bring more episodes...

TisMe 04-28-2009 02:33 PM

DirtyF, you set the minimum payout yourself in stats, so if you're doing that much business per day then you'll be getting daily payouts.
