If they can improve their affiliate tracking and integrate payments into it (if not already in) like ccbill, then ccbill has a SERIOUS challenger especially because of the very competitive rates.

Zombaio is the only biller I have been able to setup in NATS without getting TMM support involved.

They are really easy to use, and with NATS you don't have to worry about whether you like their affiliate system or not.
