What to do with newbies?
I get about 10-20 people a week wanting to know how they can get get into the industry. I avoid them because I just don't have the time to teach them what they need to know. I'm curious as to what I should do with them.

I keep all newbies myself, send them to a platform i host and learn them how to generate some sites and get organic traffic, the best newbie i have makes 3K a month on cam projects and the smallest makes 40$ a month and is already happy.
I love newbies, they are the foundation of each webmaster, unless you feel yourself to good for them...Comment

build a simple opt-in squeeze page.. offer a short report 'bout "how teh industry works" for free - then send follow-up mails with some additional tips, then sell 'em a "how to make money with blogs" ebook for like $47 and then upsell to a 12 month "coaching seminar" (prewritten) for like $127/Month.Comment

Could always sell yourself as a "Porn Consultant" - charge them an hourly rate and bill them for your time. Will weed out the posers.
This guy helped me tremendously - his name is James. I bought his book in 2006. He is a straight up good guy. Maybe you can work a deal with him?

Write out a basic text entailing a lot of the shit and costs that are involved. Include all your ref codes. If any of them follow through with it, they have a small chance of actually continuing.
If they do the initial work they may be worth the effort to nurture. If nothing else,hire them to do grunt work, but not enough to learn how to do anything completely themselves.-uno
