How much potential for advancement is there for someone who can't use a high school vocabulary word in a sentence?

Like a few have said before, where is advancement with that kind of attitude? That is 100% condescending of who ever might fill the position. Regardless of what anyone may say, this being a good deal or not (for the record I think it's a good deal for "some") has nothing to do with the few comments like this that ruined the total message. The op itself was not bad, but this one is a slap in the face to whoever takes a position. Sad to say I know people who would be good at it (could not use condescending in a sentence), but am torn as to whether or not to recommend it to them.

No doubt dude I don't deny the opportunity what it could be. But that one comment blows it for me and I'm sure many other people who COULD do well and advance. On the other hand people who don't have a good education or a lot of technical ability would be perfect for the job and nothing more. From that comment it just seems that is maybe all he wants and the possibility of advancement is little to none. I just really found that statement to be off color and contradictory of any advancement that's all.

I guess that's how he does business. PR0 must be very successful. Why not try and get what you can out of your workers? If people need the jobs that bad they'll work for any amount of money in any conditions, so long as they can eat. But think, you can work remote and live almost anywhere in the world this way, which I think is pretty cool!

The amount of ass kissing in this thread is unbelievable even by GFY standards. How some of you find this kind of attitude acceptable and actually think someone can gain a positive experience from someone who is already calling you a monkey before you even start working is amazing. And then he goes on to say that he does not even want employees with a good vocabulary, basically making it clear that if you are "thinker" you are not good for this role. But hey, since some people posted in this thread saying that he's a stand-up guy, and since there are people desperate enough to work for very low wages and with no vacation time, then it must be a good deal. But like a few have mentioned above, how far up in the ladder can someone like that go?

Call me old-fashioned, but I am of the few who believe that if you want workers to bust their ass then you have to show them respect. Right off the bat we see that you lack respect and are insolent, if not downright offensive. If you have a brain and any self-esteem, skip this "great opportunity".

I have 2 part time employees who just happen to be uneducated meaning no highschool or G.E.D. that I pay 5 dollars per hour of their work in MY home doing the mundane things I don't have time to do. They are friends who needed the opportunity. I neither berate nor tell them that they are doing "monkey work" which imo sounds as racist as "cooley labor" . They know it, I know it but it is unspoken and certainly not the pitch I used to get them working for me.
