My little suggestion: make it very, very, VERY (!) clear that the list of sites is worked through in a monthly sequence, rather than concurrently. If potential members see lists of multiple sites they may think it's some sort of horrible cross sale setup. :2 cents:

Hey Herandrea,

No, there isn't a webmaster referral portion to the program. This decision was one of the harder ones that I had to make when designing out the software. There was a set amount of $'s to work with from the billing price.

Of that, we take a few bucks off the top and then split the rest 50/50 between the program owner and the webmaster.

The webmaster always earns their 50% no matter what site the member rolls their membership section into but the program owners do not. The owner of the members section we're currently using that month earns the other 50% and that can change from month to month who that will be.

I decided to pay the program owner a 10% per month bonus once the member rolls out of their membership section because it was their site that brought the member into the Cartel but we pay that from our pocket and not yours. That of course makes our margin smaller but in the long run it's for the better.

I will be adding some additional revenue models to the system to help increase webmaster revenue opportunities such as when our rates decline with the processors, pass along the savings to you guys.

if you are paying everyone yourself, what would I be getting as a program or paysite owner? it can't be a huge chunk....well, either you all are getting a REALLY small cut of the sign up or the paysite owner is, my guess is it is the paysite owner

Nope, you'd be wrong. We take the smallest cut. This is a rev-share program and that means rev share for us too. I didn't want the program to be set up to where we siphon off the profits and leave you (or the webmasters) hanging.

When I post a picture of my new car - I want that to follow your posting of your 2 new cars..

No, we're not offering trials to the surfer. They pay full price and you make full commission. Epassporte is a payment option but it's a hidden one that we'll activate on a per webmaster basis.

Every time I read a thread about a scamming webmaster, Epass is almost always associated with them as the payment option they chose so when they see that it's not a default payout option, perhaps that will help dissuade them to some degree. Established webmasters - no problemo'!

I couldn't see this in the thread when I skimmed it so sorry if I'm asking something that's already been answered, but how does this work technically from the pay site owners side? ie how does the authentication work to allow members to switch sites. Would we have to add an additional custom script to our signup process or do you work in with our setup or do we have to be setup a particular way? I have a few different paysites working on different systems. A few use a simple htaccess file and some post and store details in a database. Is there somewhere we can see a simple tech explanation of how its setup?

Interesting, so this would be the first way to promote ccbill sites and get paid by epassporte, is this correct? :)

One more question: In addition to banners and FHG's, is there also free content (pics and vids) for all the sites in the cartel, and if so do you also give members area access for webmasters to grab fresh content?
