99bb in Asia is pretty much a brand. we have a reputation for providing uncensored Japanese Movies. It would be the same for the large sites in the West. Dont want to name any, as there are so many, hence the saturation of the market.

As LostMind has said, there is little free porn available in Japan, and the stuff that there is, is often Censored. Hence, alot of them will visit "Western" owned TGP's for their free content. There are very few sites out there that have Japanese translations, and even if they do, you need a Japanese support team, knowhow in the Market etc, etc... Admittedly their command of English is good, but the majority would prefer to deal in Japanese for sure.

I sold a little bit of traffic to 99bb.com a couple of months ago(50k total) but from what I understand, it didn't convert too well...You would really have to have very targeted traffic for these kind of sites if you want to pull any decent signups...which brings us back to the biggest hurdle for us english speakers, which is if you want to be a player in the asian market, you better get working on getting that asian traffic.

I've got Asian models coming out my ears. Problem is that the minute you shoot them the images are stolen by every free and paysite on the net. Since none are hosted in the US a copyright suit generally just costs you more then it would ever get you. So you just keep yelling at them and eventually after a month or two the take them down- after plenty of other websites have already downloaded and posted the images. Pain in the ass. I won't use unlicensed or uncompliant content but from what I can see all of the largest Asian sites could not exist without it.
