Thanks John, will be over to the other place in a moment, for posting this. Here's the full story.

This morning I learned I had a 99% chance of having cancer in my tongue. They will perform a biopsy in 10 days, following other tests to determine exactly what, where and how bad it is. After that they plan to put me on a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The whole thing will take 2-3 months and will leave me a bit on the down side. :)

Yes halfpint it is to do with what I was saying on ICQ last week. Been feeling off color for a while and the last weeks have been terrible.

Eva and I are making plans for me to have the treatment as an out patient as 3 months in a ward with old men speaking Czech is not what I need. Having my family around me is what I need. We are also taking a few steps to make sure Eva along with our staff can run the business and customers, members and affiliates will not be effected by my absence. As John points out there's a chance service will improve. LOL

This morning the doctor assured me my chances of pulling through are good. So I'm staying positive.

What I suppose I don't need is debating on the boards. I might post some pictures of me if I get really scary looking. Until then, it's goodnight from me. Be good. :1orglaugh

I did not read this last text before, sorry.
I wish you all the strenght and good health Paul.

Sorry to hear about the cancer.
Now that I said something nice: Thank god. Now your half-senile rants can rest in your head while you sit on your recliner watching Golden Girls on your 16 inch tv with rabbit ears instead of slopping it on GFY for everyone to frown at.

Klen 01-20-2009 12:11 PM

Will you be avaible on icq?

billyb 01-20-2009 12:26 PM

Wishing you a speedy recovery, Paul - you've got the support of your family behind you, and I'm sure that this community will be there too offering moral support and continued business to keep you guys whole during this time. We have a way of supporting each other through this kind of crap :)

You know you can hit me up if you need any help....

This is Paul

Thanks Sweetums. Eva's family are really helping us out at the moment. If I'm unable to drive they take Eva and Victoria into town to work or school and when I need to go for a check up her Dad drives me. Also in the last 6 months they have been fantastic, Mum is doing the laundry, ironing and housekeeping so well the maid is getting her wages cut. LOL

Czech families are very tight and supportive.

All I think we need from the business is for them to keep on sending traffic or buying content as they were before. We will make an affiliate program for www.astral=blue.com because we can't do the traffic pushing ourselves. Not now.

Got to rush, Mum has my lunch on the table. LOL

evie 01-22-2009 04:27 AM

Sorry it's me rushing and not checking anything. It's www.astral-blue.com and lunch was a bowl of soup.
