I'm pretty sure the camps in Egypt and all over the world, that were in place before this war, that we use.. aren't going to get shut down. It's not like we man these things, other countries do our dirty work for us.

We can't do the dirty work, people complain about it. That's what Guantanamo is.. the pretty home for human rights groups to look at what we are doing so they can complain.

I remember watching a documentary about a place like this where one guy was being held for life, but the cell was also underground, like 30+ feet or more underground. While in the 'normal' high security prison, the convict managed to kill a prison guard using a shank, so they sent him to the underground prison. The incident led to an overhaul in the design and procedures carried out in maximum security prisons.
