It's my "I've made it buy a house here"" city. The homes in the hills there right now are soooo gorgeous... and I just want a ginormous one overlooking the whole city. It's on my 5-10 year plan. I've not been international yet... and I've not been to Vegas or L.A yet either... but I really enjoyed the vibe of St. Augustine when I was there.. how quirky and quaint it was... if I were single.. I'd probably live there. |
That i've been too, i'd have to say Vegas... :2 cents:
loved Kuala Lumpur
Rome has a special kind of warmth, London has all the benefits of a metropolis with true character. I like the efficiency, lush greenness and climate of Singapore. I love the chaos of cities like Bangkok though...
Also Antwerpen (Belgium) is pretty sweet imo
I love my LA

London for sure, don't like Paris at all, from my years in South Africa - Cape Town to visit and Johannesburg for the night life
5 I've liked so far
1) London 2) Las Vegas 3) Amsterdam 4) Monte Carlo 5) Rio De Janeiro |
Colorado Springs, CO in late September
...I like Denver for the cheap rent, relatively low unemployment, cleanliness and lack of crime.
...I like Los Angeles becuase of the sheer volume of yummy, cool women. ...Prague is pretty cool as well. |
I've been to London. It's a very clean city. At least in the parts I've been to. It's definitely a great city. Rome is awesome too. Every corner you're looking at a historic monument from Roman, Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, NeoClassical and Romantic times. Also, the church/religious art is amazing.
But for BEST city, I would say VANCOUVER. Can't beat the combination of clean water, clean air, great mountains, clean city, and friendly people. |
i've never been overseas yet but NYC, Vegas, phoenix, san diego are probably my favorite places to go
A lot but the memorable place was in Venice.
amsterdam, ibiza, berlin, barcelona, miami, LA
Vancouver then Tokyo
Toledo,Spain.Historic city
Sayulita Mexico :thumbsup
Yep. St. Petersburg. (Russia)
Though I heard they are finally discussing on building skyscrapers in that city. |
I'd be hard pushed to choose between Sydney, Amsterdam and Capetown.
All 3 have good and bad points, but I loved them all :) |
