A suggestion, if you're currently banned then each alt nick or new registration by the banned person will add 1 month to the original banning.

only banned more than 3 times will be set to 2 bannings. So they will be allowed to come back and prove themselves as a member of the community. If banned again it will count as their third and they will be gone forever

Hey Eric, you mention account deleted with third ban. Would that include their posts as well? I am thinking if that is the case it could be an issue. There are certain cases where what someone did or whatever should not be erased just because they are gone from here and not always from the industry. Just my two cents.
