So you wanted that money for something, which you have had to put on hold. He should compensate you for the money you lost (without any fees) and your wasted time, stress in dealing with it, and any other expense that youve incurred. If you wanted the money in that account to pay a bill, your now late with that. For that he should pay :2 cents:
