Prove there was weed in The Bong at the time he was using it
Prove where and when that picture was taken.

All of this without a reasonable doubt.

From what I have read, he was a drug dealer around campus and tried to sell the thing on Ebay. Don't you think the cops were asking locals where the picture took place? I'm sure everyone at USC knew the exact house 24 hours after the picture went on the net.

1st off, I'd highly doubt Phelps knows who the dealer was.

2nd off, the idiot who sold the photos would have the most knowledge, as he had to have had that intent in mind judging by his actions.

3rd off, the rat was most likely the photo submitter or the guy selling the bong, as they didn't realize that this incriminates them as well. I'm not sure what the law is, but I'm not sure selling/shipping a used bong that has been used to smoke marijuana is a great idea.

Dude, someone takes a pic of Phelps and probably sells it for some obscene figure to paparazzi and Phelps is the rat in all this? Nothing would have ever been found out about it if NOT for that. Even if Phelps DID give up others at the party to save his own ass, he's probably hoping one of the others he gave up was the weasel that took his picture.

Phelps has not even been questioned. Your claims of him being a rat is totally unfounded. If he was questioned, it would be all over the news. And if he was going to get questioned he will have an attorney and that will also be on the news.



They got to the guy that sold the pic and then moved on from there. Nothing is gonna happen to Phelps besides losing sponsors and public opinion. Which in itself is bad.
