I have heard of someone being put on the list after being convicted of indecent exposure for stopping on the side of the road to take a leak.

sounds kinda fishy, the gf says the back door was broken with a brick.... shit if my mobile home had a brick thrown at it i would wake up. i just pray and hope the girl is ok but i think the gf has something to do with it

Depends on what you mean by indecent exposure. In another thread, someone spoke of kids pissing out their beer on the side of the road, or behind a building, being charged as sex offenders.

The states really do need to rationally categorize these lists.

The girlfriend probably had something to do with it. She looks like she could care less in this video. Plus she was asleep with the kid in bed and did not notice when she went missing.
