Hahaha this thread is a classic !

How can you even compare webair to mojohost .. been with both and there is no comparison. Webair has nothing on mojohost, its like comparing a 3 wheeled go-cart with a Porche 911.

Oracle Porn 02-16-2009 04:36 AM

both are very good hosts, check out both and see what you think for yourself...

never keep all your eggs is one basket...

I got a server with Webair and they're a great host. Support is always online, haven't had many problems and if there's been a problem they always fix it within minutes.

tranza 02-16-2009 06:59 AM

I vote to Webair :thumbsup

ARC-Ren 02-16-2009 07:13 AM

+1, Webair is the best! ;-)

LotzaDollars 02-16-2009 08:38 AM

Mojohost hands down!

uno 02-16-2009 08:43 AM

mojohost without a doubt.

undersoul 02-16-2009 08:46 AM

i started with a small virtual at webair years ago and eventually grew/moved servers over to them. service has been great and live support is always very helpful when needed :)

Hi Everyone,

I have a tremendous amount of respect for Mike and his company, Webair. I believe that we both do a terrific job serving our clientele and that one wouldn't go wrong choosing either company. Perhaps one of us is a better fit for your needs or personality so maybe interviewing us by phone or email is the best way to proceed.

I give Mike a lot of credit for having a virtual hosting product, it's not easy... Most of the complaints seen on the boards here are relative to inexpensive virtual accounts. I haven't hosted those in around 5 years, we simply gave up on that product line.

I know Webair does a great job serving it's enterprise dedicated accounts, as do we. If the worst thing you have to do is choose between our companies then you are already doing just fine :)

Best wishes,

Brad

I haven't used Mojo, and I would recommend using webair.

AliGbone 02-16-2009 12:56 PM

WEBAIR rocks me gonads and my bottom line. I have ova 30 servers there now some in NL and some in NY, had a couple with mojo, and have one left wit natnet dat im diggin on moving soon enough. My choice is WEBAIR by a mile. I dont knows much about their virtual but it seems that dey get a lot of $5.95 lamerz bitching that dey gotta pays $5.95!

Da bigger company wins in dis case. Webair gets me vote for sure enough.

howard 02-16-2009 01:09 PM

webair..............I love those guys....great reputation

sixpack 02-16-2009 01:11 PM

I think Webair is a great host and I have been with them about 8 years now. I have read some post that are less than good about them but they seem to always be from some idiot that thinks that gfy is the place to get support instead of calling support when they have an issue.

Ben.Z 02-16-2009 01:15 PM

Love the Webair crew and service! :thumbsup

RaDiCaL_Kevin 02-16-2009 01:27 PM

We were with webair for 4 years and made the change to mojo and have been extremely happy with mojo.. Not saying anything bad about webair but mojo is in a class of its on. Go Brad!

Sands 02-16-2009 01:29 PM

I love MojoHost, AND I'VE NEVER EVEN HOSTED WITH THEM!

Triple10Terry 02-16-2009 01:34 PM

Brad has the best shirts!

Juicy D. Links 02-16-2009 01:39 PM

Been with Webair since 02 (give o r take after I left candid) got 6 boxes with em at the moment and they always go above n beyond

Been to one of the DC's webair own in NYC and it is impressive.

Webair is A++++ in my experience

Havent dealt with Mojo so I cant compare :)

U.R.A.M.F.S 02-16-2009 01:48 PM

You are comparing a apple to a massive orchard

Brad is a nice guy and all but his total operation is at most maybe not even 10% the size of Webair

If you make decisions on critical item such as hosting based on who is a nicer guy or who bought you the most drinks then you need some serious help.

Yes I have servers with Webair , Natnet and a few others as well and ahppy with the "Bigger Operations" because I know their infrastructure is solid.

madfuck 02-16-2009 02:01 PM

Webair all the way, you will be happy with Mike and the crew!:thumbsup

Brad thank you for the kind words they are much appreciated and congratulations on your Xbiz Award for host of the year! Just the fact that people compare us says a lot about both companies.

Yes virtual hosting can be a challenging arena at times, especially with the number of clients we are fortunate to service, but we have always believed that it is an important part of our larger vision as a hosting provider to offer these affordable solutions. Over the years we have had many clients start out on a small $9.95 plans and grow into a dedicated server or even full load balanced server clusters and we like to think we have helped them with their success along the way. :) We have introduced VSYS our proprietary virtual hosting platform providing better security and reliability, as well CDN, Cloud Storage, and most recently our Enterprise VPS plans that utilize our Cloud Storage. All services are available a la carte to all of our clients.

I know from many friends in the business and watching what you have done over the years that Mojo is a great company that cares about this business and the clients you support. I have great respect for that and may we both continue our successful paths in 2009 and beyond.

Once again congratulations to you and the entire Mojo team on the Xbiz Award, it?s well deserved! :thumbsup

MojoHost :)

Trax 02-16-2009 02:55 PM

i am happy with both.. but neither gets me support replies as fast as phatservers. out of all my hosts, their support speed is the most impressive in my books.

Raym 02-16-2009 03:10 PM

Mojo is Great!! I HAD Webair and I can say from experience that they do not compare to MOJO. I am with Mojo now. MojoHost is hands down they best hosting company that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Brad and his crew are always on top of their game.

Dirty F 02-16-2009 03:19 PM

Anybody who hosts with Webair is simply retarded.

Dirty F 02-16-2009 03:22 PM

edit...whatever

I'm happy to have you as a guest and tour our data center installation anytime. On all technical and infrastructure points in addition to our level of customer service, we are on point. While we may not have the largest client count or annual sales, we are focused entirely on quality and it is for that reason that PLUS the drinking and being a nice guy that we're pretty popular these days. :2 cents:

Thanks Gerard! Always a class act. I owe a great deal of gratitude to companies like Webair, NationalNet and CaveCreeek for helping me to set our goals and expectations high. Like any other host, I started with some extra rack space and bandwidth almost 8 years ago and never would have imagined the journey :)

Cheers,

Brad
