Is this thread "marketing in action"? You betcha!! I would never deny that we will use our acquisitions to gain us exposure and hopefully gain us market share......HOWEVER, the core of your statement is WRONG. We never hosted RSH. We tried on MANY occasions to get Matt to host with us but that business model does not work well with premium hosting and bandwidth.

Great attempt, KT, but so far you are 0-2 on your analogies ;)

Regrettably, S2H, RevShare Hosting is gone and will not be coming back. The reality is that with the changing landscape of both the adult arena and the hosting business that business model was just not sustainable. The crew at RSH did a great job while they were in business and there are many webmasters here today who got their start there and made a ton of money because of them, but what you are going to find is that the barrier to entry into this business is going to increase dramatically over the next year as the industry begins to mature. While this may cause the failure of more than just RSH, overall it will be great for the industry as a whole.

Ya know, I may just do that, but I cant say that I "bought" a beer because it sounds too easy....why don't I say that I "acquired" a beer? I think that will work much better....thanks for the marketing tip ;)

I don't know about the bill paying part, but I have never heard of them not paying someone.....but other than that you are EXACTLY right! I couldn't have said it better myself!! Well, I probably could have said it better, more grammatically correct, but you got the right idea!

Thanks for the bump!!

so let me get it right, 1 fails to deliver a product, after many years of building up a name and reputation. The name it self becomes for newbies and amateur webmasters more then just a site... they get a relation with it.. it brings them cash

Economy hits, they go bad. You buy their hardware and come to the forum to say you required the assets...

Dont get me wrong, but your proud on yourself? Any idea how you kick the Revshare webmasters who put their life in it straight in the balls?
If you would have any honer, you would have not made it public, and did a press release after you come with your new super prices. Anyway, i have no beef with ya, and no business also, i tend to keep it that way.

Sorry, I dont read dutch but let me see if I can help you to understand. YES, I am proud of myself. Why? Because the money that I paid to RSH is going to make sure that webmasters like yourself will get paid every dime that they earned during the time that they used RSH as their host. I don't see how I have kicked anyone in the balls. The company was totally out of business before there were any discussions about my company acquiring the assets. While I know Matt and his team well...and I know that Matt would not sleep until he knew that everyone was paid...this was the fastest way to make sure that he closed his company in a way that exemplified his reputation and the well being of all of his webmasters.

Please, sir, before you go questioning my honor take a minute and try to understand that this is a good deal for you as a customer of RSH as well as for the previous owners of RSH and my company, too. it is a win - win - win situation. I dont think anyone could ask for anything better.

Fantastic news to see a great company grow and shift with the market!! We've been with NatNet for about 2 years now and I just gotta say, there's no adequate way to describe the extraordinary level of service and the exceptional quality of the staff. I've simply never experienced anything like it... and that's with having been with over a dozen hosts and talked to dozens more.

If I could buy stock in National Net, I would be a significant shareholder. Best managed business I've come across since I've been doing this, and that's a looooong time.
