Obviously, you've not followed what I said, nor do you understand what the DMCA is. The DIGITAL Millennium Copyright Act isn't about paper-based print magazines printing content they don't own the rights to, so there's no host to contact about a graphic that does not appear online.

I have, however, already emailed an attorney about.

If a big sponsor's web site was being ripped off in the same way, the tone of this thread would be an outpouring of ass-kissing and sympathy for the big sponsor.

I don't do schoolgirl content, and I go out of my way to avoid portraying myself as super-young, when I could have gone the Little April route if I so wanted.

To see something I've created (even just something as simple as my enter/exit/members buttons and layout) being used as an example of kiddie porn really pisses me off. It would piss off any webmaster.

I would have expected better from Xbiz.

this is print work so I'm sure they will come to all our houses and recall all copies cause a font was used that was the same as another site on the small internet

Why would I regret calling Xbiz out on ripping me off? They're the ones that OWE ME something here. Would I apologize if someone purposefully tripped me as I walked down the street? I don't see what I'm supposed to be sorry about.

And it's not just the same font, as I've said several times- it's them using a screenshot of my splash page without my permission, and using it as an example kiddie porn graphic. Would you be proud to see someone ripping off your work and using it as an example of kiddie porn?

What do you think XBiz OWES YOU? Do you really think they are trying to make YOU AND YOUR SITE look bad here? Why would they do that do you think? (I think YOU are the only one making urself look bad here, but hey, congrats on the amount of hits ur site prob got since posting this..) You didn't answer my other questions but I think the answers are quite obvious.. I am just very curious why you would post a thread like this and what you thought would come of it?

How long as your site been up? Do you have many affiliates? I spend all day every day stressing over and working on my site, usually at least 10 hours a day, and I just can't picture spending that much time and ENERGY on something like this.. Seems to be VERY counter productive.. Esp since a lot of the people you are going to want to do biz with or people that can help you are reading this thread right now.. I suggest you take a step back and read this all and think before you post again.

But I'm sure you won't, the last girl I tried to give advice to on here didn't listen to me neither. Her name is Minnie, you should look her up hehe :)
