You can not prove they used your website for anything. There are millions of websites out there. You can not honestly think that you are the only one to use that font. :1orglaugh

My first site has been online for over 6 years. A shorter time than some, but I have a great excuse- I had to wait until I was 18 before I started making porn. :)

Unlike most adult webmasters, I genuinely don't give a shit about getting more affiliates. Hence, why I have only a dozen or so posts here and generally avoid wasting time on boards.

I spend time making my members happy, which is I have plenty of subscribers who've been with me for YEARS, not months. Most affiliates can't sell my site, period. They put up a link or gallery with the "horny slut wants to suck cock" text they put up with the other 100 galleries they made that afternoon, and they made zero sales because that's not the kind of site I run. I do have some great affiliates who actually understand how to sell niche products, but most don't, so they just bombard me with low-quality TGP traffic based on inaccurate descriptions of my site, and no one makes any money. So, remind me again, why would I want more affiliates? I'm not trying to sound hostile towards you, but it's not like I've never thought about the subject before. Affiliates are great if you have a mass-market product that looks like what everyone else in the biz is selling. If you have niche/fetish/weird content and affiliates who have no clue about marketing it, no one wins.

You should regret this whole thread. You have no proof at all they used your splash page. Like it has been said before there are millions of websites out there. Furtygirl, I'm sorry but when I look at the two pages side by side as you have displayed them I do not see any similarities. Can you tell us what part exactly is a rip-off of your page? The look? colors? Fonts? I know you said fonts in an earlier post but is that it? The font does not even look similar to me. Can you tell us the name of that font? And did you create that font yourself?

There's a group of folks up here that (and I'm guessing it's the years of drug usage) that thinks hairy armpits are hot. Personally, I think it's just a reason for laziness when dealing with personal hygiene - but that's just me.

We have used that font for many years now on our main site and still do, at one stage our Join and Leave buttons were in it.
There are a couple of other feeder sites that we have that also use that font as well as some of our submitted galleries.

I've seen a lot of things the last 10 years in the business and this is special.

I think even Donny would give you the first official Donny Long award here in honor of some of his earlier posts. LOL!
