Ok, a report back from me as always.

After a thorough investigation it appears Jimmy (nicedreams) is a wanker.

Now, as an aside, CuriousTim has asked me many times over the years to not be so quick to reply to board posts until the real story is known, but he also knows that I ALWAYS respond and ALWAYS follow things up. That is the way it should be be in my mind, and how I have operated ALWAYS in my 10 years in this biz. Ask anyone who actually knows me.

So, the story is:
- Jimmy has contacted the CuriousCash office MANY times (but never me).
- We have endeavored to save this situation during those communications.
- Jimmy is claiming that he is still owed about $105 from since around 2002, which then adds up to his claim he should be paid.

I don't know about other programs, but CuriousCash only has to retain tax records for 5 years, and we have revamped the program more than a couple of times in the last 7 years (this is our 10th year out of interest).

One would think that 2009 is a little bit late for someone to start thinking about chasing $105.

We simply can't check payments that were made that far back, and I doubt many programs could.

I would of thought a good webmaster would of checked with us with in a MUCH smaller time span than letting things get out of control and then check 7+ years later for $105.

In fact CuriousCash did not implement MPA3 until around that time (2002/2003), so it is quite possible that IF the debt is in fact owed, IT IS WITH A CCBILL ACCOUNT.

So Jimmy, without seeming rude, you are a fucktard. Please feel free to take your traffic elsewhere.

OH, and BTW! You should pick up yourself a copy of StatsRemote. It can read farther back into your system then you can apparently and get the stats that you can't seem to find. I loaded it up again today, and guess what, all those stats you can't find are there.

Some more details on the sales we had:

04/30/06 - $12.28
05/23/06 - $11.25
07/10/06 - $15.75
08/08/06 - $16.17
12/11/06 - $18.00
03/15/07 - $8.18
12/27/08 - $21.57

So it took about 2 years and 8 months to make their minumum payment with the final sale just 3 months ago. Which means we should have been paid out in January of this year. Can you not look that up either Curious Cash?

When I first questioned about a payment, for some reason Jesse only looked at the stats for 1/1/08 - 2/24/09 and returned with "This is from 1st Jan 2008 until now. You have not yet reached the $100 minimum." And I responded, "Thanks for the response. You are not including our previous sales. We have been promoting your sites since 2004. I show we went over $100 last year and now at $103.20". And that's when the ignoring of the emails started.

I'm not sure why they aren't able to look at stats before 1/1/08. I can do it right now in their admin and go back to 1/1/05.

So again, Curious Cash, why aren't you paying our company?

Wow... Funny how a program has a terms of service and are not sticking to it. You should sue them in small claims court just for the fuck of it.. Then someone will have to come down and testify and they will spend more than $100 to do so. If they don't send anyone on their behalf, you get a default judgment. Now if the program tries to use credit to pay for shit, they get denied over $100...

The solutions are so simple they almost write themselves!

Can't afford the small claims filing fee? Leave your Epassporte username and I am sure people will donate $5 each to a funny and laughable cause just so they can watch the drama lama rear its ugly head a bit longer.

I'm sure I have several sponsors I haven't hit the minimum payout for in a couple of years. This rep's reply speaks volumes about the kind of operation they are running. The arm chair psychologist in me says this guy is suffering from a severe case of small penis syndrome to issue that reply.

Must be something is he's willing to look like an imbecile over $100.

This pisses me off too.. We are another affiliate that sends small amounts of traffic and sales to over 2,000 paysites, and sometimes it takes us a long time to reach the minimum payouts.
