I like to think of myself as "Old School". Old School means I have been around long enough to know that MAXCASH looks better than it ever has.

Not only that -but I also remember when Maxcash was one of the big three making Tens of MILLIONS a month and paying out webmasters MILLIONS each month.

I can easily see where Maxcash could have paid out over a half billion dollars.

It's funny cause all you used to have to do 10 years ago was make people money, and in most cases- don't take 51% of their payout.

Truth be told, these days you need to be a full retard to have people know who you are in this business.

They came into this business with no knowledge of the history of this business, or who paved the way for them to have the ability to profit from porn. I realize that most people are not easily swayed and it's strictly my opinion from a biz perspective - but I believe you should rethink your position:

• MaxCash has long standing history of paying affiliates on time (over a dozen years) through good an bad times.
• MaxCash has deep pockets so we can not only pay like clockwork - but pay you top $$$.
• You can feel confident and have a sense of security that you're dealing with a straight up company with experience and knowledge relating to converting all types of traffic.
• You have a staff of people that will work with you to give you the tools, custom creative/landing pages you need to help YOU squeeze out every sale possible from your traffic to pay you even more.

... and to quote something previously said that's very important: "it might be smarter to take a look at why our program has survived so long, and is currently thriving while others are bemoaning their fate."

If those points don't give you pause for thought about promoting MaxCash I don't know what will.

Hey let's face it- 13 years ago I would have never guessed this industry would still be around.

I watched many of my friends and employers make MILLIONS off of fads like Spam, cross sells, and many different kinds of deceptive billing practices. Was it right or wrong?

I don't know. All I know is I still sleep well at night knowing I do everything in my power to insure I will continue making money in this industry.

I don't have a day job, I don't suck off of the tits of stupid people ( not anymore) and most of all I don't do business with people I don't know.

That's always been my rule of thumb.

Oh and I NEVER do business with offshore people who don't pre pay for my services.
Especially Australians or Russians.

I would take an IOU from RB or Maxcash any day of the week.
RB and I come from back east where your word is your bond.

I would also send some traffic to them cause I know you'd be treated fairly.
If they say it's converting better than ever, then it is.

Customer acquisition in adult is a pain in the balls. Once you figure it out, you figure out how much easier it is in other verticals. Just not necessarily as cheap.

Affiliates who think programs should treat them as 'customers' have their heads up their asses just as far as the people who think Max Cash isn't ran by some of the biggest guys in online adult still.

An affiliate's job is to sell customers. Sell high if you're smart. If you haven't figured that out yet, go home and let the big boys play.

Things may have changed a ton since 'the adult internet heyday' but key principals have remained the same. That being said, I feel that there are huge opportunities in this "downturn market" in BOTH mainstream and adult. MaxCash saw the writing on the wall and has been poised to capitalize on many of them in the adult space ... and will continue to.

The phrase "If life gives you lemons, make lemonade" comes to mind. It applies to this thread as well as the business environment affiliates find themselves in today.

Sorry! I didn't mean to ignore the post. I just thought it had pretty much been answered.

I do get your comments if you were looking at the sites before they were revamped. As I said, they have all been redesigned (and with the eye of a gay man, actually) and because we understand the need for the gay sites to include exclusive content we have also added a bunch of exclusive gay content into the mix of all of our gay sites. Which probably has something to do why the conversions are way up for them since we reworked them.

As I said in my first reply, hit me up and we can talk about getting you what you need to fit the demands of your traffic. However, no part of Max Cash is the 'stale' version of 'old school' any more. Everything has been revamped and not just with a lick of paint but real changes. That said, we always welcome input and we actually do listen to it. In my first reply to you, I told you I would be happy to hear suggestions. Hit me up and that offer still stands.

On the straight side..just take a look at Kara's. If you haven't been there in the last few months then you haven't been there at all. Not only has the tour changed but what the surfer gets has changed. They now get access to multiple sites which wasn't the case until recently. We have a webmaster referral program which was only introduced a few months back. We have RSS feeds (including a gay one) which I personally write by hand because I am a blogger too and hate feeds with no text. They even actually update..which is surprisingly rare with sponsor feeds these days.

So, like I said..I get where you think you may becoming from but you said in your first post that we needed to freshen up the old tours. We did exactly that and we didn't keep it to the tour either - we freshened up everything.


Really..if you haven't been to Max Cash in a couple months then you haven't been there at all.
