We use nats4 on fetishdiamonds - new 100% exclusive foot fetish affiliate program. We are very happy with the results, it works great. Right now we are in a open beta stage, but in 1-2 weeks we are going out big :) anyway, nats v4 is great!

Since March 13, Spank Buxx, World Wide Wives and Sonar Cash changed from Nats to CCbill. There may be more, those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

we have been upgrading from 3->4 since january, nats4 is VERY different and its hard work getting everything setup again.
