Once I sell one license though the content loses most of it's value. I've had one offer thus far for a little under my asking price of $20,000. I will wait until Monday to see if I can get the full amount that I am looking for. It's a great deal. The sites still convert well they just have very little traffic coming to them right now. I am also considering taking on an investor, pumping the traffic back up to the level it should be at then selling for a higher price. If anyone is interested in going that route please hit me up this weekend, otherwise I will stand by my original word to sell to the first offer of $20,000.
