In the gym four times a week.
Played football for eleven years. However I am now to old and brittle for that stuff. I still wakeboard when I can find the time. |
I play volleyball. I don't work out at a gym. I do some pushups and situps at home, do a lot of walking and biking, and eat healthy.

I workout 6 days in week , every trainging 2 hour . MMA and boxing . I`m little shy but maybe I will upload here some of my fights :)

I play one-wall Handball several times a week in the summer...and sometimes spend the whole day at the park playing.

Use to play at the college level for volleyball, getting back into it... Also trying to find ultimate frisbee pick up games... and maybe flag football. |
10 minutes exercise bike, working up to 20 minutes
curls, shoulder presses, going to add push ups soon that's quads, calves, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest all in a tiny workout |

Winter - Ski 2-3 times a week, weights 1 or 2 times a week.
Spring and Fall - mtn bike most weekends and also ride the bike when i have to go to the store for something small. Weights twice a week. Summer - Swim, weights twice a week and some indoors aerobic stuff (elliptical, bike). If it is cool enough in the morning (which it often is) I will ride the bike too. |
