Chicken nuggets have been known to be over 50% "corn products" for many, many years. I learned this in the book Omnivores Dilemma.

Chicken nuggets are mostly ground iup corn and then mechanical chicken meat from deformed chickens (abnormal breats and cant lay eggs)

yes, they use chickens who cannot lay eggs and have deformities to grind up.

In the UK they claim it is 100 percent chicken breast. I haven't had them in years so I haven't tested the claim.

I think in that Super-Size Me documentary, they said something like the nuggets were made from chicken parts ground up and pressed into 'familiar shapes'.
