Zuzana NC is where im hoping to head soon myself. That house looks like a great location and a great deal of fun. I miss being able to catch shrimp from the docks down there. I still have my cast new from when I was 12 down there doing it while visiting friends and family. Was actually supposed to get down there for vaca next weekend. Congrats on the new place!

It varies sooo much here. The house to the left of me is probably 200k, but the one to the right of me goes for over 650k, she is a big real estate agent on the island.. The land is what is expensive here.. having a view of the ocean and the sound triples the price of houses.. I looked at a places in North Topsail that were well over 2 million dollars .. If you have cash in this economy you can get a deal on real estate anywhere though ..
