~ I JUST OPENED a ticket with them and it was answered within 60 seconds just to test it.... ~ Out of my 15 years or so that i have been on the Internet Bari is ;the fastest responder EVER on aim....I mean literally i text her and by the time i hit return she is responding.... I have to agree that monikers ( Bari ) support is awesome
i personally have never submitted a ticket, but i deal with Bari on icq and things are done before i have time to say thank you. |
Just moved a ton of domains to Moniker and Bari has been nothing but responsive and the support has been great!
BUT, she did promise me 99 cent domains and naked pictures and neither one has happened yet! |

Funny all the "contact Bari post". In my first post I even said I know that's obviously what I have to do now. I did send in a email to her and no reply, guess I need to use ICQ.
The point I'm making here is it's ridiculous I have to contact someone on ICQ to get support. Why doesn't their support system work? Why has it been 10 days now and no response to my ticket? Shouldn't all tickets be answered and not just people that bitch about it? :disgust |

Hi Cess,
I never needed "support" from Moniker, beyond my occasional communications with them, regarding domains we had submitted or had listed in one of their auctions, adult or mainstream. So I cant say that I had a good or bad experience with their support structure. I work mostly with GoDaddy, and really appreciate the 24/7 support line and chat they have. It can be 3am and I can reach someone. If you have enough domains with GoDaddy, they will assign you an AE to work with. What I can say about Moniker is that my AE over there was Bari, and she does have quick fingers. I would write to her, and within a few minutes she got back to me, by email. The response didnt always match the question, but ..... she is FAST. :) Instinct tells me, that Bari not only has a lot of clients that rely on her, but she wears many hats within the company. For those that rely on Moniker for most of their services, it is about time Moniker rolls out 24/7 support. Like having insurance, the true test of customer support is when you need them, they are around to help right away. |
