I do business with just about anyone who's anyone in this biz. Be it programs, whales, banks, processors, whoever.
You're bullshit doesn't talk with them it walks.
I'm sure it sucks to be a nobody in this biz but son, you ain't improving your station trying to piss up at your betters. :jester:

Name one whale LOL. I call bullshit on that, you have no affiliates except those that partner with your scam. Nobody EVER comes to your side saying they do great biz with you. Some people might, but its not good PR for a program thats for sure, so they don't. Some people may say your a nice guy, they dont do biz with you. Your not doing well right now, thats a fact. Keep the cherades up tho, its great entertainment on aboard. BTW your sites are horrible. Your dont even come close to the great programs. By far your bettors son ass. Not even CLOSE! Go around and whisper sweet nothings into other dwindling programs to make a deal. I really hope any subber or free site person that does not know you, take heed to your bullshit. You are funny at least. But we laugh at you, not with you. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:321GFY

He does business? Not a lot of people talkin about how much money he makes them......if any. Seems its just 12clicks beating his chest with no new material to actually back it up. Lets see some support with facts....

Not taking sides or anything but it always baffles me how so many newbs come tripping onto the boards in recent years and proclaim themselves as the new and elite wave of enlightened in online adult yet know almost squat about the history of the business and no desire to learn it.

Ron knows that the people that need to know know. lol

weekly 06-13-2009 08:40 AM

Let me point something out to you cd. The history of this business is still being written. Porn is littered with wreckage, and a lot still post like they actually bought a clue. It is a business that was trashed by spammers, cross sell merchants, pop up hi jackers and a whole lot of other scammy bastards that eroded consumer confidence and cost a lot of people a lot of money so a few could trash an industry. So you go ahead and give us the cole's notes on this industry and why we should emulate that shit. Or perhaps, have you considered the possibility that it is time to move on and clear out the bullshit?

You read? Still didn't say anything. Come on, you can do better than that. Impress us with your vast historical knowledge that you elude to. Or is that just hot air?

Yeah, skating on thin ice in a Peg summer sounds like fun.....that's all folks....ain't nothin comin outta this convo...Its over for me...

Relentless 06-13-2009 09:23 AM

Ron,

The wealthy and successful people are not the ones who are in business for 11 years. They are the ones who retired long ago and have no need to work. Here is a quick checklist:

- If you are working during "normal business hours" you are not wealthy.

- If you are trying to hustle x-sales at porn conferences you are not wealthy.

- If you have an office you are not wealthy.

- If you have more than $100 dollars in your wallet in cash you are not wealthy.

- If you need to tell people you are wealthy, you are not wealthy.

You may be rich... you may be well off, you may have had some success... so have many other people. However wealth is something you have never achieved and likely never even seen. Stop telling everyone what a success you think you are because you have a box of cigars and a bottle of wine. Stop claiming to have invented internet porn or digital marketing. Accept the fact that when you speak of 'respecting successful people' everyone already agrees with you.... and if sitting in a room with Michael Bloomberg or Bill Gates or Warren Buffet or Steve Jobs, every single person (even on GFY) would STFU and listen respectfully.... you just aren't in that class - at least not yet ;)

Everyone Else,

12clicks is no different than a 'heel' in professional wrestling. He would rather play the part of of the arrogant buffoon than the hero. I'm not sure that's wise in a business setting but if that's his choice so be it. Making fun of him comes with the territory and to his credit he relishes that fact - he has proven time and again he can 'take it' far better than he can 'dish it out.' So give the man his due. He may not have invented internet porn or become wealthy as he often claims, but he has supplied all of us with countless hours of online hilarity.

How about a big round of applause for 12clicks :2 cents:

I apologize if reading comprehension is yet another in the growing list of your less than strong suits, but nowhere in my earlier post did I say I would educate anyone on their said lack of knowledge of the history of the business. It was simply a comment, an observation mostly.

In fact I didn't even name anyone specifically as being the culprit. In starting a piss with me over it you've really outted yourself, so I can hardly be blamed for that.

Cheers.

Run on thin ice done, time to hit the weights.... then it's BBQ time.

It's not strange at all. Wealthy people have absolutely zero pressure on them... which is a very difficult thing for a 'normal person' to even imagine.

Think about what it would be like to wake up tomorrow morning at whatever time you like, with pretty much whoever you want to be with, at any location you prefer to be in and have an entire day preplanned for you and arranged for you by other people to be exactly what you would enjoy most. Now imagine during that day you are golfing on the Hawaiian isle of Lanai and your caddy shows up holding your bag of clubs. Why in the world wouldn't you be completely at ease and absolutely nice to him? Why not treat him like a peer? You already have everything you could ever want and he is no threat to any of that. His success has no bearing on your own, and all he wants to do is help you enjoy your day for a meaningless amount of money - something you have so much of that you can not possibly spend it during your lifetime or the lifetimes of your heirs. The level of accomplishment far exceeds the level of ambition.

On the other hand, "barely rich people" feel the world owes them respect. They need to try to demonstrate some kind of superiority because deep down they know how fragile their own position really is - and they know that it can all be gone in a puff of smoke with a single incident like a divorce, or a night of driving home from a party after having too much to drink, or a tax audit. The level of ambition far exceeds the level of accomplishment.

The last number from the beginning of 2008 I heard was about 100k a month.
Not from flaky affiliates but mostly from WEG. Needless to say this was 17 months ago, as I don't keep any tabs on the industry and just pass what I hear from friends.

100k a month in today's environment is not exactly something to be called a pauper.

Just curious.....

I don't have any problem with his political views or the way he does business.

I don't agree with either one, but that's different than me having a problem with them.

The problem I have is that I'll be having a discussion about politics or business, and he'll stick his nose in and tell all of us that don't agree with him that we're idiots, rabble, uneducated, whatever.

Years ago, when I first started around here, I tried being nice to him. I tried to disagree agreeably. That doesn't work with him. If you don't agree with him he insults you, calls you names, and boasts continually about his supposed wealth and business expertise, and insults what he assumes must be your lack of both.

Rarely do I invoke his name, because I don't really care, and I can already tell you what he's going to say before he says it (hence the banner in my sig) so he doesn't need to be here.
This thread is one of the few exceptions, and it was because I thought the video that someone sent me the link to a couple of days ago was hilarious.

The only Cirque show I didn't like was Zumanity.

I saw the V show once, didn't care for it much, but it's probably different every month or so.

Never did they mention money and they treated you like a peer which I always found strange.

tony, I found you to be one of the most physically repulsive people I ever met in this business. Call me shallow but I just wasn't interested. (I was also afraid if I stuck around, you might try to eat me)

And I love how you and relentless's inferiority complex has you imagining I call myself wealthy or talk about my money.
I never mention it and you can't quote where I have.
But please, troll away. You gotta be good at something

Just fucking wow. You have no fucking class.

Tony is one of the nicest guy's in this business. The fact you would say something so cruel says a lot about your character, or lack there of. You are just fucking low man.

Oh Bushwacker, you're offended.
Sorry.
I kept that opinion to myself until Tony felt the need to come in here and express his.

Glass houses and all that........
