The majority of my clients are programs/big traffic guys. They often want to start off tube networks, etc so this won't really work. Besides, doing custom work then encoding stuff its just a huge pain in the ass.

Mine does all of the above, as does clipshare and a few others. I'm not sure which other of the porn ones encode

smart tube pro encodes, can also take a hosted gallery of flash videos and combine them all and encode
