Well the only claim I see made is that Fleshlight is doing something "wrong". If this is about Raven Riley, I would venture to say its a fucked up situation.

Can you post (a link to) the contract ? Or excerpts from the contract ? Without the contract there is no way to tell whether they are violating any agreements or infringing any trademarks.

I am not taking sides. I represent a model that has a Fleshlight deal and I have a vested interest in what exactly they are doing or not doing.

I remember a period where fleshlight stats where totally fucked up and the flashlight people were fucking the hell out of their affilates. Some people got kicked out, you went through some namechanges and changed the stats program. Since the errors were kind of admitted I gave you guys another try and found out that I was wrong giving you guys another chance. Tracking still sucked. I wish I could be impressed by the use of fancy words your legal team uses. I can not help but think FNCash is being run by Bozo the Clown (TM) though.

I am saying the website never ended it continue and continued to update as well.

I never told my members she left 99% of the internet never knew she was gone longer than a week..

We FULFILLED her/OUR obligations to fleshlight in 2008 completely.
last time i looked this is june of 09 has ANYONE at all from fleshlight called THIRD PENTACLE once just once to request raven riley to show up somewhere?
NO THEY HAVENT..
and if they do we CAN fulfill that SIMPLY BY MAKING A PHONE CALL TO ME..NOT RAVEN..
They have NEVER called raven before why would they do it now?

We have always been available for them to request.. All they had to do was call , email , something? but nothing from them...

Oh yeah 4 months AFTER the big announcement they stated before,
After calling emailing basically begging to get paid they send a check that was,
CONVENIENTLY NOT SIGNED...

During that time and even after that time they continued to try to get ahold of raven
Not me or third pentacle, to send her a check for the royalties something they have never done but i guess decided that since their contract is with third pentacle they should send that money directly to model without even trying to reach the company...

Now that Raven and My little issue is solved they are now deciding to not pay at all...

have you EVER seen a report of your fleshlight sells?
just once? or do you just take a check they send you and say oh ok.. without EVER seeing a print out log in to see stats of anykind at all?

I know in the year or so that they were paying us we begged to see some kind of stats
of the sells and there was always some excuses as to why they couldn't ever show us that info.
