Anyone with more than half a brain (that would ofcourse NOT include you), would understand from the first post about that matter, that it wasent possible for me to sue someone in the US. It was ment as a easy way to get my private images off the net. It dident work, and I should have let it slide before it became a 10+ page flamewar. But pride got to me, and i was pissed that someone had stolen my privat images.

If someone had stolen YOUR privat pictures from your myspace page, What else would you have done? tried to reason with him? looking back, do you really think that would have worked with this person? REALLY ?

The second time he did it, I went the terrible long and timeconsuming way and did it after the book. That was possible because the server were located a place where we I had a legal precense at the time. That got the job done, but I had to spend hours on the phone with the support in australia.

Anyone looking at the WHOLE facts of the case would have seen a simply apology, and asking for them to be removed would have worked. Even with that individual.

Most sane people do not draft fake lawsuits.

First of all, it was not a lawsuit. It was a notice - there is a difference.

Second, I did ask nicely first, but had to realices that it dont have any effect on people like that.

But let someone steal yor private images and place them on a server located a place you cant touch. Then see how you react.

At that time I was still taking on new customers, so it was very annoying to have my company name floating around with lies attached to it.
