I do think that he was in a world all to himself - but this whole "Jesus juice" and sleeping in bed etc. along with other incidences do raise questions as to whether he was just lonely as a child an needed playmates or whether he enjoyed the company of younger boys and did have a streak of wanting them for more than what is considered normal.

He kept his sexual life pretty secret but are we able to judge him based on what our current society claims as normal? I don't know. Those who accused him seem to have money on their mind - yet it still doesn't deny the idea that in some cases he did act inappropriately giving them alcohol that was illegal.

I hate accusing someone that I didn't know based on facts that are tabloid generated. If what they say he did was true, then yes he was a pedofile - if not - then history needs to be gentle with him

Honestly it does come to a matter of financial balance sheets. Justice often costs more and if you want to save a few million to clear your name vs. just settling for less then most of us would prefer just paying out than worry what others think especially since you already know that no matter what you do - they will still find something else to accuse you of.

How about this example, Adult webmasters that run Pre-teen and Teen site with models that clear "look" underage. Are those adult webmasters pedo's? those sites are marketed towards men that like underage girls. Because no sane non-pedo adult would google Pre-teens.

no, i think he settled because he was an emotional wreck and just couldn't stand bad publicity. The guy had crazy money and that pulls vultures from all angles, he just handled it very naive... Look at him in interviews, he is like a child himself who seems to have no idea about two faced conmen and women... i bet when someone is really friendly to him he cant comprehend that it's probably just because of his cash.
