Just seems like the most retarded thing they could of done, so why?

I think they moved to Gibraltar. Near Spain but different banking and tax laws. They might of moved to Spain since I heard the original news.

If we lose this lawsuit then all of our affilaites could potentially infringe the copyright of the defendants and suffer the consequences of that.

Good news is that the defendants seem to have employed a bunch of retards to represent them. The trial date is set for next month. In the meantime I plan for all affiliates to be paid up to date very soon.

Pleasurepays, I love you too! lol!

Never saw this post while replying to others, will reply to it anyway and maybe you will reply here.

If you win are the defendants able to pay, including your costs. If not can you afford to pay the affiliates?

What sort of agreement did you have with them and did you keep to your end? This is crucial in a court of law.

Am I right in saying you're now in Gibraltar?

HighEnergy 07-12-2009 10:20 PM

A few legal issues .......... :Oh crap

Anyone notice the absence of Meat and Aga?

They might have answers or may not. My business mind tells me the odds on people getting paid might be long.

If they are using affiliates money to fight a court case EVERYTHING depends on them winning and getting damages paid to them.

Zuzana Designs 07-24-2009 09:52 PM

They are not even responding to the people on their own forum. And it looks like all the small companies like A1 hosting that were involved in the netpond cult are also MIA.
Pretty sad to see all these brain washed people losing money.

pocketkangaroo 07-24-2009 10:22 PM

They are broke guys. Time to cut your losses and move on to a sponsor that pays. Waiting months upon months in hopes of a check is just kidding yourself. They belong in the same category as other scammers that don't pay.

A couple weeks late is one thing but half a year lol. Have you looked at the people on this forum. They are still posting and supporting this bullshit! WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE! Move on and consider this a lesson.
That place was like a cult. They would get angry if someone was not involved with the community and would raise hell if a big company did a post. They would call it a drive by lol.. Deep inside I?m laughing at what has happened to that place. Have the respect to at the very least tell these loyal brainwashed people what is really going on! You are spending their money on your shit!

I think you meant they are spending your money on their shit.

I'm $1000 owed, wrote it off months ago pulled all links and sending same traffic to the company they are supposedly suing... who are still paying like clockwork.

Bump for more exposure.

I would be careful.

If they win, that company won't be around for very long.

I have trouble getting my head around this concept. I have NPC specific sites and domains, and I use their content to promote their sites. I'm doing this in good faith, and I'm also aware that not all NPC sites use Killergram content. If Killergram win this case, then I anm happy to switch those sites to promote the relevant Killergram sites. In the meantime, I believe my contract is with NPC, and that NPC will have an obligation to pay Killergram (or its owners) a percentage of any sales that I may generate. I take a moral view of my internet activities, and I suspect that this is more restrictive than the actual legal obligations. I will abide by any legal rulings, but I will resist and defend any actions that I feel are unreasonable. In the meantime I am leaving my NPC links to support Aga, but I wish he would pay out for the Netpond points that members have cashed in and those that they have accepted in good faith.

baX 07-25-2009 06:28 AM

Does that mean Netpond will lose for sure?

wyldblyss 07-25-2009 06:40 AM

The longer you are in this business the more you understand that payment is never a guarantee. A sad fact you get used to.

escorpio 07-25-2009 08:02 AM

Aga is a thief and SleazyBear is his asslicking bitch.

raven1083 07-25-2009 08:05 AM

shame on them

Ecchi22 07-25-2009 10:01 AM

Bump for the thieves :)

Zuzana Designs 07-25-2009 11:42 AM

From Aga today.

"From this point in time the points system is disabled.

Apart from a few select people, points can not be cashed out or transfered."

Looks like all the people that were using their points for hosting and domains will no longer be allowed to. Could not take the time to answer the thread about not paying your affiliates though. I think this is the end of any of the trust on the board. Eveyone will lose it very very soon. I can't believe people have not freaked out sooner. "Good buisness not greedy buisness" What a fucking joke that is!

I wonder who the few selected few are lol.

I gave up getting my money from their affiliate program many years ago - think it was in 2002, 3. Who was in charge or the program back then?

You should really keep your mouth shut on things you have no idea what in the hell you are talking about. Do you even know what MIA means? It's an acronym for missing in action. Ooops... might need to define the word acronym for you too. (Here's a link to Dictionay.com, so you can look it up - http://www.dictionary.com) Don't use the grown-up words if you have no clue what they mean. A1 is not now or ever went MIA. They were there the entire time. All their clients were kept in the loop through the blog, email, Skype, phone, and the board. What happened with A1 earlier in the week has absolutely nothing to do with Netpond whatsoever. They just have some clients who are Ponders. A1 was never part of the NP cult. It was used as a place to market. Nothing more. Nothing less. You sig whore there. Are you part of the NP cult too? Seriously.

You make me LOL Panky. I will save my words for people I give a shit about. You are one of the fools that drove me to be as successful as I am in this business.

Zuzana Designs 07-25-2009 06:54 PM

and by the way, I know exactly what MIA is since I was in the military. That's what us "grown ups" do. I also have several clients who weren't kept in the loop about their service so perhaps you may want to do a little more research and a little less ass kissing
