Because the feeling i get from reading your posts, is you have been forced/lead in to a bad situation. You need someone with disaster management and business continuity planning experiance.

Your strength is building unique sites, but what you need now is someone with experiance in saving bad situation.

And no, I dont think you should sell

If the sites require little work and you aren't having to do much to drive the traffic, why not just offer these 2 sites to your partner in exchange for buying his half out.
