I just used epassporte's useful affiliate information tool to check the scammer's epassporte name and the name recorded in the whois information published here as being the owner of the site the scammer "claimed" to own, and this is the response:

and another brother named David Mize.

All of this activity (with the exception of the one Columbus, OH address) seems to be close in to the vicinity of Louisville, Kentucky.

Happy 2 say that the funds have been returned and the faker has been served with a fat helping of "Go Fuck Yourself". All of the info and help was amazing and it has been seen by the right people. Most likely he's on probation. Would recommend sending an e-mail or making a phone call to the Sullivan County Probation office asking about him and stating you believe he is pulling online scams.

Yep this is the last place I'd pick someone to randomly do a transfer like that with. Find someone you know or mrteller guy seems to have a good rep. But you're always taking a chance, if there wasn't someone on I really knew well to do it I'd just figure something else out...
