Normally I go out of my way and slow down to avoid soakin' people when driving by - unless its a couple of punk ass kids standing in the road or otherwise being a nuisance to traffic.

Have you guys ever seen people out in the rain standing in a puddle flagging cars down to get them to drove through a huge puddle splashing them? I have, and I have done it myself...

Not everyone is afraid the rain is going to melt them and refuses to leave the shelter of their house when it's raining. Some embrace it and love to be out in it... Me being one of those people.
