All production managers/casting agents/etc talk ... i think thats the one thing Performers (men and women) don't ever get. Most of us let eachother know about stuff that happens on set .... not referencing the Tanner thing ... but i'm talking in general. If you don't flake out for 1 shoot for a studio ... several more know about it. Do it several times ... and we all collectively know to try and avoid that talent.

Im not saying she is right and you are wrong or visa versa. Having shot models for just over 40 years now i have seen and heard the most amazing things. Since coming to the USA 15 years ago i have had models who no show, models who are totally bi-polar one day they are in a great mood the next day they are the devils spawn. but luckily out of more than 1800 models shot in the USA, i never had one walk out or had to ask them to leave. I have never shot Tanner but from her blog she does seem intelligent. I hope that someone can take her under their wing, so to speak and give her some guidance. Perhaps she should start a blog www.FindingTanner.com :2 cents:

like any other part of the entertainment industry you put up with crap from talent because in the end it's the talent that sells your product - mainstream Hollywood has Lindsay Lohan, music industry filled with divas and out of control bad boys, porn has Tanner Mayes. It's your loss if you don't shoot Tanner, it's only a thousand bucks to her losing a shoot with your company, you stand to lose more than her by not booking her.
