So once again, clue yourself in on what's going on before you start thread crapping. :2 cents:

I have worked with both parties. Konrad really knows his shit. One of the few programmers I know that has solid communication skills as well.

Zuzana has done a couple of projects for me including skinning a mech bunny tube. Great work and excellent communication.
