Maybe I just got in about 6 or 7 years too late. :( I mean I do decent but nothing even close to the 500k to 1+ million dollar homes alot of you are sporting. Just an honest question... I live in Indiana where homes dont cost near as much, but still mine is only worth 100k. I dont have a mortage on it though. Thats always a nice feeling. :) |

We are about to put an offer in on a place today. We've wanted it for a while, but they just dropped the price $50k so we're going to jump and see what happens.
Pool, pond, barn, carriage house that's been turned into an apartment/office. My fingers are crossed. |
