Just saw this post - It's not too bad. I live in farm land. To get to the closest 'city' is about 15-20 mins, depending on how many idiotic drivers you get stuck behind. To get to any decent bars or nightlife, you're going to drive at least an hour. I wouldn't trade it for the world. No crime, no annoying neighbors, etc..

That shit blows. I'm glad I don't have a pool, too much hassle. Helping one of my friends buy their first house, so many green pools! When the economy gets a little better pool boys are going to be making bank in the short term.

About 600K + 175K in renos. It's 1400 square feet with a 600 square foot rooftop patio. That was a couple of years ago so probably not worth as much now.

Thanks, it's in Corktown. The building is from the 50's and converted in the late 90's.
