We have talked about it before, so far, no coalitions to speak of... the attention span of this industry sometimes would put the whole "A.D.D." thing to shame in some instances.

it`s fucked up

this industry will never be regulated - what could happen is those in leadership positions could help but greed comes first - when it comes to EX-GF sites it all begins and ends with CCBILL. And what they've said to all their clients who've made them rich enough for mansions and private jets is a big fuck you, we know what these sites are and we are making bank with them and we have our plausable denial ducks in a row so shut up.

:Oh crap

hahaha sorry but that is just bad luck my friend

been saying this for years, you promote anything other than RevengeBucks.com, creative coin, prettyincash & fu cash you are guarenteed to have underage girls on your sites. 100% for sure illegal pics, the CP is just the bonus!

It's the same with the ads for some of the major dating programs, and that doesn't appear to be stopping anyone :2 cents:

Has there ever been any comment from ccBill on this?

Shouldn't there be some kind of verification of content? ccBill won't process for some 'teenie' sites unless you're pulling in bulk sales daily, but they will process something that could potentially contain underage porn as well as stolen content? That doesn't make sense to me what so ever.

Agent 488 08-09-2009 07:00 PM

people are buying ex-girlfriend sites because the girls look (are?) underaged. lets not play stupid here ... if the girls looked over 18 on the tours then sales wouldn't be off the hook for some sites.

Me neither, I'd like to hear more on this.

Is it me or why does everything think the biller is somehow responsible for the content they are billing for? The content doesn't reside on the billers servers, so what the fuck do they care? Legally, they aren't responsible... all you guys keep screaming for ccbill to give some kind of response... but why should they? Maybe you should be calling out the program owners of these sites instead and talking about their 2257 requirements instead. :Oh crap

If you come across someone breaking the law. Report it to the police.

the end.

J. Falcon 08-10-2009 06:47 AM

So why have these sites been around so long and none have been shut down for cp? There is serious persecution for cp all over the world, why are these sites still up and runnning then? Especially when you consider that there are thousands of surfers who have signed up with their credit cards and have all this content on their computers.

Darrell 08-11-2009 07:36 AM

Wow, never had this many page views for one of my threads!

Fletch XXX 08-11-2009 07:39 AM

anyone who has looked and surfed these sites to investigate will surely find images of girls who look very questionably young. and they do not have docs for them... f

You really think that the biller has no responsibilities whatsoever regarding the types of sites they process for?

And legally they ARE responsible, have you heard about gaming? Same type of thing.

Anyone who is in this niche and NOT promoting us has to be crazy.
Bigger PPS than anyone else, young amateurs - all legal.

Which law?
I think 98% of all TGPs violates 2257 already in their statements - GF or not, US citizen or not. I haven't seen ANY correct statement yet. :)
