my 96 LT4 Impala SS would smoke it straightline but no chance while turning going fast. I have a friend AR who has a 96 Impala called Purpala who regularly out handles pretty much anything except a bike at track days but then again he has close to $100k in it so it better run better than exotic. He hit 178 on front stretch of road course at Indy and sounded awesome doing it.

It's still an Impala.
