i see 20+ minute videos on there - doesn't mean they aren't legit though, most content guys will sell to tube sites out of desperation and brokers - well a broker just needs a sale - so they will turn a blind eye to customers who are going to break the usage terms of the license.

You know you can tell you never ran a website before, or if you had it was something not as complex. I run pornstar sites and you know what i label stuff wrong all the time. The models are probably named "Bella", at least one of them is. When adding movies, it's usually not possible to see what the model looks like that you would pick off a huge list. Usually a person just goes by memory.

odd i never had any issue reaching Steve. You just gotta be in our shoes. Pornstar sites can be a royal pain. This was then straight away passed onto the person that reviews these issues, and I told him to get in touch with you to get some promo videos like you mentioned in your email. He is on holiday today, so I'm unsure if he has already contacted you about that.

Anyway, obviously what happened was that when a site has over 100.000 clips, some can get categorized wrong. Some video where the girl was named Bella from pornpros.com ended up in your section on 4tube.. mistakes happen.. So this "Can you explain to my why you are using my name, brand, domain name, and photos to sell hardcore videos while trying to pass off the model as me, when she doesn't look like me at all?" is all a bit of an overstatement :thumbsup
