We are 1:800 with youngertube.com. Just like any brand new mgp the ratio starts out like crap and once it gets the traffic established and more bookmarkers the ratio drops. Its a lot of fine tuning to get it that way. Seems to get better then most of our mgps.

amen brother also big hollywood movies whose single budget for one movie is bigger than the combined incomes of this board. Use one minute trailers. Why? because it works its a tease, if they aint going to buy in one min. either : a you make shitty trailers or B: your content aint doing it for them. Only in adult would the thinking be 1 min isnt working lets do more not lets make the clip tighter more of a tease and shorter.

or the fact that the majority of this industry does not know how to SELL in the first place....

It's always the same old mantra. Give more away for free, or throw more traffic at complete shit. Not learn how to actually fucking sell your shit. Or about the sales process to conversion. Cut better teasers. Crop better photos. Nope. Free is the lazy man's answer.

the affiliates that I talk to seem to want 2-3 minute clips. At least the tubes that are using the nubiles tube script seem to use mainly those also. We just upgraded our xml feed to have longer clips most of them are slightly over 3 minutes and I have had a few affiliates ask if I had anything shorter. But certainly I am not making any claim on the accuracy of my sample group.

All thats great if the 1 min clips are good. 90% of the programs make shitty clips man or all have the same content :2 cents:

30 sec.. 5 minutes are the maximum.. but i prefer 30 sec to 3mins..
